About Me
Thank you for your continued interest in getting to know me a bit better. I was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA with my mom, dad, and younger brother. For as long as I can remember, I was that curious kid that loved to talk with, share, and get to know others on a deeper level. From as young as elementary school, throughout middle/high school, and still, to this day, I have consistently been fascinated by relationship dynamics of any kind (romantic, platonic, familial, professional, group, and with one's Self). Throughout my life, I have organically and humbly built a positive reputation amongst others, as someone they can trust and confide in about any subject; no topic has ever been off limits for me. My patience threshold for listening and helping others with emotional, psychological, and/or relational issues runs deep by way of attention span and energy. Instead of becoming depleted after talking with others about their struggles with self/others, I become energized and inspired - as helping others on an intuitive level is my main calling and purpose. I have a curious and inclusive mindset. I treat others as I would like to be treated - with patience and kindness. It was around 1993, my junior year of high school, when I decided to pursue a career in the field of mental health by working toward becoming a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

*********
When not doing therapy, I enjoy living life on the coast in Half Moon Bay with my fiancé. I love nature, rain, fireplaces, bookstores, restaurants, delicious food, deep conversations, Oct.-Dec. holiday months, small towns, and anything cozy. I enjoy continuing my education and exploration in the subjects of: psychology, relationships with Self/others, trauma, philosophy, biology, and spirituality (the interconnectedness of all things) - through the means of TV/docs/movies, books, podcasts, and online media. Therapy is not a "job" for me, it's my passion.
